Hello Ladies and welcome to Breathe with Regina. Take this time to enjoy a kickback and relaxed atmosphere, because as women we find ourselves wearing many hats- the wife hat, the momma hat, the sista/friend hat, and sometimes the infamous church hat (sometimes this one "does THE MOST" lol). But here at Breathe, I want to encourage you to do just that!! My goal with Breathe is to provide a safe space for us to grow together, laugh together, cry together, and learn together. Now growth ain't cute or sexy so when listening and engaging with me on this journey throw the Gorgius wig ( if you know, you know) on the dresser and sit those Moxie lashes to the side and let's keep it real.
